Happy Earth Day!

Today is a day to reflect on how we can all make a difference and help our planet. Here in Oakland Park, and all over the country, we face serious environmental issues and concerns. Together we can make a difference in both our everyday lives and as a community.

We must all do what we can as individuals to preserve our precious water supply. That means obeying water restrictions, installing low-flow taps in our homes, and planting native greenery that doesn't need extra watering in our yards.
