So, a little about myself is probably
appropriate for this spot. Well, I go to college full-time and am
pursuing my degree in professional writing and advertising. It's
going well but I can already see the home stretch and it's giving
me "the itch". I also work at Target and love almost every minute
that I'm there as it's become the family I don't really have. I
grew up in a strict Baptist home where homosexuality is only talked
about when the preacher needs an example of something worth
humiliating. I'm only 21 years old, but like many in the gay world,
I grew up pretty fast. As a result of this, I'm mature in a way
that many my own age won't realize for another 10 years. I love
roller coasters, polish sausages with sauerkraut and cheese, and
playing arcade games. I equally love sitting in front of a fire and
reading a book while munching on hummus and pita bread. One of my
fondest memories of growing up (few of them as there are) is with
my stepsister. We used to go into the garage and take all of my
dad's oil cans and engine lubricants etc., and make "potions".
Sadly, that endeavor had to end when I brilliantly sprayed myself
in the eye with a can of highly irritant engine oil. To this day I
can still see the scars if I unfocus my eyes enough. WEIRD. I'm
slightly claustrophobic and highly arachnophobic, but in a vengeful
way...spiders don't last long at my house. There's only one thing
that actually scares me into terror...bees! There is a story behind
that but you'll have to ask to find out ;) That's all
