My main focus has been in gay & lesbian media. For 7 years I was an editor (5 years as Editor in Chief) at the large gay men's publication, Instinct. (When I was promoted to Editor in Chief at 23, I became the youngest EIC of a national publication.) However, because of the nature of that position, I also have experience in marketing, advertising, business management and art direction. Recently I accepted the position as Site Director of GLEE.com where I am striving to take the LGBT online experience to the next level.

Aside from my "day job," I am also a writer and entrepreneur. I anticipate having my first novel published by next year. I also want to start a side-business; I have an idea but am currently fleshing out the idea.
