percent.
Dewater the removed sludge, grit, trash and other material, allowing for
landfill disposal.
Use equipment operating at pressures up to 36,000 psi and volumes from 7
gpm to 40 gpm, to quickly cut through stubborn scales and product build-up
in boiler and heat exchanger tubes; remove old paint, dirt and rust from
structures, machinery and equipment; and peel away soft or hardened
deposits from chemical processing equipment without any damage to their
original surfaces.
High Velocity Jetting using customized jetting equipment to remove sewers
blockages quickly. Use turbulent action of water pumped at up to 165 gpm
through nozzles at pressures up to 2,500 psi to scour the sewers.
Employ high-volume, low-pressure water to clean tanks from the inside or
outside if the levels of vapors inside require it. Using high-volume trucks
with lances attached, to efficiently flush the tank, remove flammable
liquids and move the sludge to a pick-up point.
Remove quickly and safely organic and inorganic materials, sludge
contaminated sediment or oily wastes from pits, ponds, lagoons, industrial
tanks and digesters that interfere with operations.
Use and operate vacuum vehicles operate at 3200 to 7500 cfm and at 18 to 27
inches of Mercury, to move very heavy, wet or dry sludge long distances.
