Alabaster - back in action
| Some time off is all that was needed. With their show on February 17th at Studio Seven in Seattle, it is clear to see that Seattle's Alabaster is onto something new. With their brief set on Sunday, they showed the crowd that the setbacks of the past year are minor when compared to the bigger picture of where they are going. Their set included a couple of old favorites from their 2006 EP Keep Me Close Keep Me Damaged, but was chock full of all sorts of brand new ear candy. |

| So what's in store for the kids in Alabaster? Well they've been busily writing and tracking a set of tunes that will be their next release. With something akin to a relational concept album, Kate is pretty confident that what they will be delivering to the masses will be pretty well received. Of course they have some regional touring plans in mind - getting out to as many people as possible is always important for these guys. Keep an eye here and we'll keep you in the loop. |
