For additional information on our business, please visit our website: www.sensorsinc.com. ISR Systems-Princeton is looking for a Mixed Signal IC Architect. This individual will lead the effort to develop/source new mixed signal IC designs--focused particularly on Read-out circuits for infra-red imaging cameras. This will entail working with inside designers and test engineers and with outside design houses to achieve the objectives. This individual will be responsible for the tactical execution of a comprehensive IC design and roadmap strategy--particularly focused on meeting technical objectives on time. This specifically includes: *Locating, developing relationships with, driving, and being the main interface with external design houses *Evaluating and driving IC architectures, *Managing multiple IC design developments concurrently *Assisting designers in detailed design analysis. *Working with engineers to develop IC testing plans in parallel with design developments *Managing Programs

MUST be an enthusiastic hard-driving personality with extremely good organization skills as this effort will require extreme focus and determination to stay on schedule with success. Need to be a self-starter and be able to work with limited direction at times. Some program / project management experience essential. Detailed knowledge and experience in Mixed-Signal IC design Required. Must have the ability to simulate, model, and evaluate the technical and schedule feasibility of complex designs. Must have experience leading combined geographically diverse internal/external design teams and delivering complex designs on-time. Specific knowledge and experience in low-noise current amplifier, transimpedance amplifier designs, and imaging ROIC circuits is strongly desired. US citizenship or permanent residency status required.
