Position Summary: The Instructor is responsible for course development and delivery of Epic education courses (electronic health record) across MultiCare Health System in supporting the achievement of the organizational goals and objectives, and participates in the development and use of needs assessments, curriculum development, value analysis and evaluation.

This is a professional level position working as a member of an educational services team under minimal supervision. This position requires collaboration with other team members to provide meaningful learning experiences across the organization, and independence in writing courses and delivering educational programs.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of five years combined teaching and experience in area of expertise. Experience in staff development, facilitation, quality improvement, preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week on flexible days/schedules. This will include days, evenings, and/or night shifts on a Monday - Saturday education schedule.

This is a temporary full-time position scheduled through June 1, 2010.
