Our client is seeking an IC Test Development Engineer. As a Test Engineer, you will design component-level circuits and develop automated test system software for memory integrated circuits. As a member of the engineering team, you will be involved in all phases of product development, including definition, test, hands-on debug, characterization, and manufacturing release.

5-8 years of IC Test experience
Applicants must have a strong background in IC TEST Engineering
Experience Testing Memory ICs (required)
ATE experience specifically with Advantest is required
A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering is also required
