Kforce is currently interviewing experienced Financial Analysts for contract and contract-to-hire engagements.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
Work closely with management team in overall financial support of assigned organization
Prepare and present key executive summary analysis to Finance and Executive leadership
Prepare and present forecasts, reporting, and analysis including, but not limited to: a) detailed P/L reviews, b) continual review of current processes to identify and implement improvements, c) provide insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies
Assist in preparing, analyzing, and coordinating the Annual Budget process across multiple field and corporate groups
Analyze and maintain compensation data including, but not limited to a) maintain compensation reports and models, b) resolve corporate helpdesk commission issues in accordance with compensation plans, c) update employee commission and bonus records, d) determine attainment of incentive awards
Perform analysis on special projects as requested

The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excel, Hyperion, and PeopleSoft FS is preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA), or Certified Financial Accountant (CFA) is a plus
