Position Description:Are you our next Client Partner for our Pharma/Healthcare Team?
Client Partners are responsible for the development of business opportunities made possible through the combination of deep industry knowledge, senior relationship building skills and a solutions-based, consultative-selling approach. By combining these competencies with strong thought leadership, this role defines and executes an effective business plan involving the sale of Enterprise Decision Management applications and custom solutions.
What do our Client Partners do?
Leverage the above skills, and gained knowledge of FICOs core competencies in analytics, software development and data management to build highly credible relationships with assigned client group with the goal of gaining insight into specific, high value-add solution opportunities.
Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative discussions with product, Enterprise Decision Management Technology and technical leaders. Develops a deep understanding of existing client product or solution engagements and how the proposed solution relates.
Serve as the senior relationship executive for a client account. As such, this role provides strategic direction to other functional groups including Product Delivery, Product Management and Product Development.
Develop strategic proposals, with the participation of key product, Enterprise Decision Management Technology and others, defining the client need and outlining a solution designed to deliver tangible and significant value to the client.
Work within established corporate practices to lead proposal generation, deal shape, deal staffing and negotiation efforts.
Work with Product Management to productize some portion of custom work that is repeatable and has IP that may be packaged in the form of a product.
Effectively manage key accounts with the goal of expanding portfolios, understanding the account P&L status, and growing the business while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Qualifications:Who will be successful in this role?
Possesses consultative selling experience and executive relationships in Pharma and Healthcare industries preferably with an emphasis in the technology or decision science arena. Strong understanding of transaction-based, gain share solution design and pricing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to craft and sell multi-million dollar client value propositions to C-suite executives. Direct experience in selling solutions which either significantly expand the footprint of existing product offerings or bundle products into a larger solution sale.
Expert understanding of market trends and specific needs/issues of target clients, coupled with the demonstrated capacity to establish linkages between these needs and FICO product/service solutions.
Strong solution delivery expertise, coupled with a solid solution architecture orientation.
Entrepreneurial style, drive and sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to work well with others as part of a solution team. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop top market talent and to form high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, professional presentation and process/organizational skills, as well as strong creative orientation and the ability to craft innovative solutions.
Experience creating teaming relationships and 3rd party alliances. Proven ability to deliver financial results and outstanding client satisfaction.
Ability to travel significantly (>50%)
