Position Description:Norandex Building Materials Distribution is one of the largest wholesale distributors of exterior building products in the U.S., part of Saint-Gobain. We sell products like vinyl siding, windows, doors and roofing to remodeling contractors and new home builders at 150 branches in 37 states. We have an outstanding career opportunity in Columbia, SC for a Branch Manager to maximize sales and profits through planning and managing sales, operations, and people development. The qualified candidate will lead a team of 5-8 employees in all facets of inside and outside sales, customer service, distribution operations and warehousing. You will lead the Branch team, to build relationships with our customers and grow our business.
Qualifications:You must have prior sales, P&L and 1-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a distribution environment. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and familiarity with a similar product line is also preferred, though not required.
