Coordinating and tracking key events and deliverables
Working with internal departments and external service providers
Preparing progress reports for team members and team managers
Collaborating activities of marketing and production teams to deliver on time, on budget and of the highest quality
Learning and accessing resources for maximizing project direction and marketing effort
Handling conflicts in order to keep projects on track
Monitoring completed projects to assess impact
Closing out projects in order to grow more adept with each project and campaign

Qualifications: A Bachelors degree or Project Management certification required
Project management experience in a marketing or agency setting is reqired
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and Word is required
Experience with direct mail and fulfillment processes is required
Solid experience working in a team-focused environment is a must
Excellent process, conflict and time management skills is needed
Familiarity with health insurance marketing is preferred
Knowledge of Medicare and government-related insurance products a plus
A flexible and collaborative style of project management, with a key understanding of how to manage clients and motivate team members
