Must be able to design and execute a professional sales strategy utilizing in-depth knowledge of the client and the staffing industry, as well as an expert knowledge of ALL Manpower product and services lines of business.
Must be able to identify and make value-focused contact with ALL key client contacts.
Must be able to build strong client relationships and establish trust with ALL key client contacts, which results in increased sales of existing verticals, as well as growth into new Manpower product and service offerings.
Must be able to effectively engage the Manpower Field Organization, coordinate all service levels and monitor service and revenue performance in order to maximize contract utilization and drive customer satisfaction within ALL assigned National Accounts.
Must be able to establish and maintain a standard of sales and service excellence within all Manpower operations to the benefit of all assigned National Accounts.
Must accept responsibility for and oversee resolution of all client problems promptly and effectively, according to standard problem resolution protocols.
Must be able to demonstrate customer value by serving the client as business consultant and trusted advisor.
Must be able to learn, master and execute the Solution Selling sales process.
Must maintain an accurate accounting of all National Account data within the Direct Sales tool, according to the standards set by the Regional Sales Director and Vice President of National Sales.
Must take accountability for monitoring and maintaining a high level of market expertise and knowledge, including competitor products, services and delivery models.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the National Account Executive is responsible for growth within all assigned Accounts, using an advanced level of sales skill, industry knowledge and business acumen to build an effective account strategy, expand the web of influence, build key client relationships, recognize all client needs / opportunities and drive service excellence, resulting in profitable sales growth for all assigned National Accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned National Account clients, Manpower field offices and Home Office, to ensure full client satisfaction and account execution, according to the applicable contract terms.
Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Marketing or Business.
7+ years of successful professional sales experience.
5+ years overall progressive work experience within the Staffing Industry.
3+ years of successful large account business-to-business sales experience.
Must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
Must have expert knowledge in the effective use of email within the context of large company sales.
Due to the complexity related to vendor management and MSP (Managed Service Program) software tools, solid knowledge of business systems software is necessary.
Due to requirement to sell the Manpower Professional service line, knowledge of technical job families like IT, Engineering and Sciences is desired.
Proven business and financial acumen, with ability to analyze a National Account financial statement and take action accordingly, is required.
Self-motivated with proven ability to pro-actively manage multiple accounts/demands/resources in a team-oriented as well as results-oriented manner.
Must travel extensively throughout assigned market.
