In this position you will ensure that all rental equipment operations run effectively and efficiently in order to increase location sales and profits.   Responsible for all Company operations at an individual location including overall management responsibility, profit and loss, budgeting, and staffing.
Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.
Responsible for compliance with  Federal, state, provincial, OSHA and D.O.T. regulations, and the safe maintenance of program equipment.
Drives, implements, sustains and develops quality process improvements that focus on safety, financial, operations and customer service.
 

High school diploma or equivalent required.

"onsite" experience  is preferred.

Industrial experience

a clean safety record a must

Valid driver's license required and impectable safety record  
Effective supervisory and communication skills required.
Strong sales and people skills, budgeting, staffing, training and managing profit & loss required.
A minimum of one year direct store management experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
