A successful candidate should have general knowledge of optics and optoelectronic devices. The successful candidate may have background in LEDs, photovoltaics, semiconductor lasers, or lighting applications. Excellent command of technical English is a must. Experience with product development in a high volume manufacturing environment is also desirable. Knowledge of phosphor materials is a plus.Requirements⿢ PhD or MS + 3 years industry experience in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics⿢ Strong background in optics and optoelectronics⿢ Statistical design of experiments and data analysis using Matlab, Minitab and/or Access⿢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills⿢ Background in phosphor materials is a plusJob ID: 61522
