A successful candidate should have general knowledge of optics and optoelectronic devices. The successful candidate may have background in LEDs, photovoltaics, semiconductor lasers, or lighting applications. Excellent command of technical English is a must. Experience with product development in a high volume manufacturing environment is also desirable.
