Hi, I am looking to develop new friendships. I already have a commited partner of 8 years. It would be great to develop local and national friendships to become friends. I am interested in the outdoors, swimming, walking, the beach, the mountains, going to the movies. I enjoy sightseeing, reading, meaningful conversation, exploring and using the Internet. I am a down to earth kinda guy, who enjoys nature and its beauty. I am a sucker for a great smile. I am generally shy at first until I get to know you. I really enjoy swimming and I have most of my life, either teaching swimming or just enjoying it. I have an average of a 65% nerve loss in both ears from a birth defect. I wear hearing aids and I lip read ... no sign language. I have medical challenges, mostly from having diabetes for 35 years. I have lost the sight in my right eye due to a stroke in that eye.
