When you first meet me I can be shy, but after a few minutes that wears off.

Ampersand is the theatre program at my school in Richmond, VA where I'm a freshman. I'm a techie through and through, I love lights and sound, set building, set design, and everything else that goes on in the theatre. I also enjoy improvisational and scripted acting. I play on the Varsity Volleyball team as a setter and hitter, but I prefer theatre over athletics any day.
I also enjoy reading, writing, art, photography, and music. I'll read any book, short story, or poem I come within 50 miles of. I write short stories, microfictions, poetry, and I've attempted a few novels. I'm not great at art, but it's fun. I'm absolutely in love with cameras and can take a few roles of film in a day. I play drums and listen to rock, alternative rock, indie, ska, some metal, classic rock, and some soft rock.
I love animals, mostly dogs, big cats, and rodents. I also like Marcel the monkey from the early seasons of Friends. I love movies and some TV. I am addicted to Friends, LOST and Smallville and love action, adventure, and horror movies. I can't stand MTV, I don't see the point.
I am also IN LOVE with Stephen King and his work. Short stories, novels, screen plays, he's the best.
I've had quite a bit of head trauma, including a fractured skull, twice, so I can be a little crazy and clueless sometimes.
I love video games, but don't have much time for them lately.
I'm atheist, but I was raised Catholic and go to an Episcopal all-girls school. Most of my friends are 17-19.
I have undying gay pride, though at home and school I am ostrisized because of it. What the hell, if people want to be bastards, let them be bastards, its not gonna send me back in the closet!
