hey, well congrats on your job. I got offered an assistant position at the naia school I played for but what they offered me for pay wasn't anything better than what Im getting for coaching two sports at the high school. Its my goal to coach at the 4 year. I've had to put it on the back burner though. At least your single and can go and move for a new coach. Im jealous. Your where I was at your age. I just took a job at a town I hated and college that didn't support women coaches unless you kissed ass. The guy coaches had little man syndrome and was pissed when I came in and took my team to Nationals my first year coaching at the jc. Well next time your on im me. I've coached at Junior college level and high school. The junior college level wasn't much different then high school. I hated the town were i coached at for the college so I moved an now I've been here coaching softball at a local hig school for 3 years. What level do you coach at???
