This is something a friend once said about me:

"Nichole is the definition of beauty. I am amazed at her strengths, and melt at her noticeable weaknesses. She carries herself with confidence, and is in touch with her sexy attributes. Her eyes like the sun rising just over the horizon, perfect half of a circle and brilliant with light and color when they are truly showing happiness.

Her hair, long and straight. Silky and smooth cascading down her shoulders and back. A smile that rarely shows but inspires anyone who see it to smile with her, even if it only shows for a moment. Her curves are plentiful making one want to explore every inch, every curve.

Nichole is one of the most guarded people I know. Keeping everyone at bay with a hard exterior, although inside I know there lives someone sad, hurt, angry, and extremely vulnerable. She holds her cards close, and lets few people in. Possibly a downfall for her because she has certainly had to have missed opportunities in this process of self-protection, though it is crucial to her survival. Even if it is only in her mind. She finds more peace in building walls to keep everyone out, that few people have been blessed to be chosen to see the true beauty that lies behind her walls.

Quick to judge, Nichole lives with blinders that shelter her eyes from seeing not only the beauty in every person but most importantly the beauty in herself. Only outsiders, and friends see the miracle that makes this woman who she is, and one who everyone wants to be around. People are drawn to her out of pure compelling urgency, such was the case with myself. I was drawn to her, to know her.

She has an aura that you can't ignore no matter how you try, sucking you in. She's often confusing, and difficult to understand. Sarcastic, and has her own 'language' you must learn in order to identify with what she is saying, and this becomes a necessity if you wish to continue to be in her life. She has no time, or patience for people who do not understand her.She has a short temper and quick fuse. Easy to give up when having to explain herself. Either you get it, the first time, or you just don't. And she shuts you out.<br.
Her heart, though guarded, occasionally shines with glimmers of laughter and a caring thought. Her love for her friends is never questioned and with a simple note like, "thanks for a good night" assures you that she cares, and that you do hold a place in her life, and heart."
