The many changes that occur during this time of year can be paralleled to our lives. At first we may be reluctant to accept the shorter days, cooler temperatures and falling leaves. We know that the tanning oils and beach towels have been put away and now we must retreive our down coats and blankets.Maybe it is somewhat of a burden to have rake up many piles of fallen leaves and bind them up for the trash. Let us walk among the alluring, rugged Highlands my love,
Inhale the salted breezes pushing us along the rocky beaches.
Grasp my hand as we venture through a brilliant buttercup meadow.

A nearby stream exposes its swollen banks,
