Welcome Friends and Neighbors:

Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about me and my campaign. I am very excited about this race and look forward to earning your support and vote on November 4th.

Wilton Manors is my home, and I know we face challenges as a community. Crime is up, the city faces reductions in revenue, and all the while we must strike the proper balance between preserving the heritage of our Island City and recognizing the need for a smart and developed growth strategy. A moderate and balanced approach to the future of our city is one of the things I hope you'll allow me to bring to our city commission.

I am proud of my life-long history in Broward County. I grew up and developed as a youth in and around our city. I would often shop along Wilton Drive with my grandmother, going to the various Christian bookstores that used to line the drive or sit inside of Candy Colby's fitness studios in the Shoppes of Wilton Manors while my mother took aerobic classes. In 1997, I became a member of the Wilton Manors-based Dolphin Democrats. While attending Florida Atlantic University I was also elected Vice President of the Tri-City Democratic Club of Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, and Fort Lauderdale. Years later, a happy resident of Wilton Manors, I am a member of many of our city's organizations, including the Wilton Manors Business Association, Historical Society, Main Street, Kiwanis Club, the Central Area Neighborhood Association (CANA), and the local chapter of the NAACP. Our mayor and commissioners appointed me to the city's Board of Adjustment, and I am also a Wilton Manors Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member and graduate.

I invite you to join me in an ongoing discussion about what matters most to you. For the core of my campaign is about the need and necessity of articulating your voice in our city hall.

Take a look around my website, sign up to stay informed, and please afford me the opportunity to work hard not just for your vote but also every day after that as your next city commissioner.

With warm regards and respect,
