Name is David, I am a former Marine, got out in 2005. Well fitting of my personality I have once again made a change in my life. I changed careers, changed living conditions, and changed my location. Hopefully this will be for the better. I know the lifestyle is not that open or enviting but at least the daily chores will be more to my liking.
I am originally from California, born and raised. I have a wide variety of tastes. I may be living the life of a home body but I am far from one. I love to travel, and get away and people watch. I love the outdoors, and plan to hike the entire Appilachian Trail from Maine to Georgia someday. With this new job I should have more time to do all these things.
I am focusing on the inner me now. School is something I want to eventually finish but I am no longer looking to make all my dreams appear at once. I have down sized everything. And I now want to have time to live. I am back in a career that fits my personality. Now I just need to find a man who's personality fits me. If you think you are the one say hello even if it just means being friends. I found the greatest man in the world on the internet and we were only friends at first.
So more about me. I am into all genres of music, from Opera to Death Metal. Linkin Park is the greatest band, well so long as they have the love of my life Chester. I am heavily tattooed, and planning on more. No, I will never be completely covered but I do want to finish my back. No tattoos are visible in a short sleeved shirt. I do have one on my leg that I show off every summer. I like tattoos and I like men with tattoos always a plus, but not required.
I am an easy going person although the people at work may think other wise. I am a strong willed and strong minded individual. I tell it like it is, and I am not ashamed about it. I am lookin for someone whether as a friend or a lover that can handle that and give it right back two fold. Don't be shy I talk to everyone. I will admit that I use this site to find friends and network. If you want a hook-up you can find me in the various other rooms for that purpose. I am not a prude and if you are we won't get along. There is nothing wrong with hook-ups. I just choose this site to socialize and express myself. Nothing shocks me, I have seen it all, and if I haven't seen it I want to see it. Standing at the station I hear a Driver selling seats on his bus. His pitch was simple, "Nothing ventured is nothing earned". His voice and his demeanor sounded appealing. I knew I did not have enough to ride in his bus too long. And, I knew his destination would not take me to where I wanted to go; but the places he would be driving by were too exciting for me to refuse. So, I boarded that bus bound for no where.

This was written a few months ago but I just never got around to posting it. I think the June Blog covered most everything. The Garden continued to flourish, however, the ground hog found a way to get in and reavage things. By the end of the month the Squash was devastated and no longer producing. I found him perched at the top of an eight foot wire terellis nibbeling away at the string beans. I must find him and kill him.
